Quality Control

Through the employment and adoption of ISO 9001:2008 compliant processes and systems, we are afforded the opportunity to institute and support an industry best practices quality assurance program.  By providing a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives, we strive to continually improve and refine our methods and processes on each Task Order (TO). Depending on the requirements in each TO we propose to use Atlantic CommTech Corporation’s ISO-certified processes and/or our team member-certified processes and procedures dependent on the customer's mission and the type of effort.

Through the standardized processes we have gate control and check points that work both within our team and with the client stakeholders to ensure the ability to monitor and maximize quality.  Through our senior leadership team and the feedback elements, we commit to making the necessary changes in our processes and/or personnel to ensure the highest quality solutions and services for our Seaport clients.   We are using Defined Processes as a top level requirement and we are providing those processes to our subcontractors. We encourage the use of our repeatable process approach, but we allow proven subcontractor approaches for specific task orders.  Such plans would be provided to our Program Director for concurrence.

Our formal, documented quality assurance plan is designed to maximize quality without the need for rework. It includes sets of repeatable processes and associated checklists that assure that all critical functions are performed for each task. The product is checked for form, format, and technical content before final delivery to the technical point of contact and other designated recipients of deliverables.
